Aftersales Manager

Competitive starting salary with uncapped on-target-earnings of £70,000+ per annum.
Company Car
8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings subject to business demand.

Our Client is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving car dealership.

What they are looking for in an Aftersales Manager:

  1. An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
  2. A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
  3. Strong Technical knowledge
  4. An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success

Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager for our Client:
  1. Leading the entire Aftersales Team - overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
  2. Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
  3. Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
  4. Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department

The salary for this Aftersales Manager position has a potential OTE of £70,000.
