The Role: What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Work alongside industry experts in one of the UK’s leading sports and media law firms.
2. Manage a diverse caseload covering personal and business immigration matters.
3. Specialise in work-route applications under the Points-Based System.
4. Advise clients on sponsorship rules, settlement, and British citizenship applications.
5. Stay ahead of Home Office policy updates, ensuring clients receive the latest insights.
6. Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.

What We’re Looking For:

1. NQ – 4 Years PQE (or an exceptional candidate beyond this range).
2. Strong experience handling a variety of visa and immigration cases.
3. Good working knowledge of Immigration Rules and sponsorship regulations.
4. Experience in sports and media-related immigration (desirable but not essential).
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
6. Excellent academics, communication skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
7. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
