Triple West Medical has been appointed by an NHS Trust based in South West England to help recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology for a long-term FTC or substantive position. This is a fantastic opportunity with career development including CESR support.

The NHS organisation is an integrated Trust providing community, acute, and specialist care across a number of sites. With over 7,000 staff, they oversee a population of around 700,000 people and work closely with nearby NHS Trusts.

They are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Senior Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology to join the department.

They provide care for patients with a broad range of rheumatic diseases, offering patients diagnosis, treatment, and when appropriate long-term management of their condition. They see people with a full range of rheumatic conditions including:

  • Inflammatory arthritis (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout)
  • Connective tissue diseases (e.g. systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), myositis, Sjogren's syndrome)
  • Vasculitis (e.g. ANCA vasculitis, Behcet's disease, giant cell arteritis)
  • Metabolic bone disorders (e.g. osteoporosis, Paget's disease)

Our client is happy to issue Certificates of Sponsorship to suitably qualified overseas doctors; however, GMC registration is essential for this position.
