About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support employees and leaders within our UK & Ireland. In this role, you will provide practical HR solutions while driving employee engagement, talent development, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

HR Support and Advisory

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Partner with leaders to advise on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Support the implementation of Change Management Programmes to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.

Employee Experience and Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with the company’s values.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, monitoring feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, offering guidance and support on workplace matters.

Employee Relations and Compliance

  • Manage employee relations cases with guidance from senior HR colleagues, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support managers in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Operational Excellence and HR Systems

  • Assist in ensuring HR processes for payroll, benefits, and data management are effective and compliant.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy and reporting using systems such as Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent HR practices across teams.

Organisational Design and Change Management

  • Support leaders in implementing organizational changes that align employees with new structures and processes.
  • Deliver change management programs to drive employee understanding and alignment.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)

  • Support DE&I initiatives, ensuring diversity and inclusion are embedded into local recruitment, development, and engagement activities.

About you:

The essentials:

  • 4+ years of HR experience with proven success in an HRBP role.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to support change, improve engagement, and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and support employees.
  • Proficiency in Workday is a must.
