Our client in the asset management and leasing sector is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team in London. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager, this is a broad role which will see you get involved in a wide range of corporate finance and analytical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and developing financial models to assist the Corporate Finance Team and the wider business.
Valuation and debt modelling.
Identify and understand key value drivers for the business and maximising shareholder value.
Assist in the creation of presentations to highlight corporate strategy, board materials, and investment memos.
Support the wider corporate finance team including the pricing function and structured finance function.
Additional ad-hoc corporate finance and analytical responsibilities for other business divisions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a corporate finance related role, with strong analytical skills and modelling exposure. Ideally, candidates will have experience in valuation and debt modelling with strong Excel capability. Candidates must be agile, with a 'can do' attitude and eagerness to learn and get involved in a range of tasks to support the team and business.
