Job description

We are Content Rocket — an international film distribution company that publishes films across YouTube, Amazon, television, and other digital platforms. Our team is small, but our reach is mighty, and we are in need of a Digital Asset Coordinator to join our newly formed deliveries division.

This position will be fully remote with flexible working. You will also be eligible for a performance based bonus as well as sick pay.

Duties:

  • Managing the delivery of all files coming into Content Rocket; primarily downloading, uploading and management of large video files.
  • Liaising with third party vendors, content partners and platforms.
  • Working with our team of editors to coordinate the delivery pipeline.
  • Maintaining all administration related to the role (e.g. tracking costs and updating timelines).
  • Creation and coordination of metadata including artwork.
  • Performing quality control and analysis on digital assets when needed.

  • You have knowledge of digital artwork and metadata
  • You have experience working with editors
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English

Qualities:

  • Proactive and prepared for work in a fast-paced environment with moving deadlines
  • Attention-to-detail; we are publishing, at scale, directly to consumers globally and there is no room for error
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate responsibilities where necessary

Software and Tool Proficiency:

*Please note, we do not expect you to have experience of all these exact tools, but we do expect you to have some experience with similar ones

  • Project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Digital media software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Cloud storage, media asset platforms and delivery tools such as Aspera and Signiant

Salary: £28-35k based on experience

We have a small, friendly team based in the UK and Latin America, and are looking for someone who will be proactive, take ownership of these processes and really carve out their place in the business.

If you think this could be you - please apply to join our growing team, we would love to hear from you.
