Our client is currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join their busy team in Blythe Bridge!
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the crucial first line of support for all IT enquiries, taking ownership of our IT ticket system and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are monitored effectively. This role offers an exciting chance to engage with a variety of tasks across all areas of IT. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming helpdesk calls, logging issues and queries, updating users promptly on outstanding issues, and managing the movement and installation of IT equipment.
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, working from 2:30pm to 11:00pm (with an 8:30am to 5:00pm schedule during training). Please ensure you can cover both shifts if using public transport.
