Detailed Job Description:

Senior Business Analysts to elicit & document requirements & support Business and IT readiness for GR&C system replacement, GR&C Target Operating Model and GR&C Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

The BAs need to be autonomous and will initially be responsible for eliciting requirements in the following areas: ERMF Development, Comms & Engagement, MI & Reporting, Process, People, Risk, Business Testing & IT Readiness. It will be crucial that these SBAs are able to work well together as they will have to work across multiple workstreams to support a single, seamless delivery from a business perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. MI and Reporting Requirements: Elicit MI and reporting requirements and facilitate their sign off. Complete Traceability of the requirements to the solution and testing.
  2. Decommissioning Requirements: Identify systems that need decommissioning and elicit the requirements for decommissioning.
  3. Process Mapping: Document As-is process maps and document to-be process to BPMN 2 standard. Identify what is changing between the as-is and to-be processes.
  4. Organisational Design: Document changes needed to the current organization's design to accommodate the new processes.
  5. IT Service Support Model: Document the IT service support model for the new platform - incident management, maintenance, upgrades. Document fall back processes if the new risk system isn't available.
  6. Business Design Document: Completion of the Our Change Framework document.
