The Successful Applicant

A successful Arbitration Associate should have:

  • A degree in Law from a reputable institution
  • A high degree of familiarity with English arbitration law and the rules of key arbitration institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and ICSID is key
  • Profound knowledge of arbitration laws and procedures
  • England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • 2-4PQE
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
