Trainee Technician who is keen to learn new skills within the engineering / construction testing industry is required to join the company’s Project Team and provide technical and physical support at project sites nationwide.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Trainee / Entry Level Role – All Levels of Experience Considered.
Ideal candidates will have some sort of engineering college-based qualification. Although this is desirable. However, you must be willing to learn new skills and have great time-management. You will also need to be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office / 365 (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
SALARY: Starting on National Minimum Wage + Competitive Overtime + Benefits
LOCATION: This role will involve site-based work (travelling nationwide) with a small percentage of work carried out in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, North West England (CH65).
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Minimum 37.5 Hours per week - 6 Month Minimum Probation Period Required
BENEFITS: Holiday Package (33 Days, Inc Bank Holidays) and Pension available
KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates MUST have a full and valid UK Driving Licence (6 points or less - no active convictions).

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trainee Technician who is keen to learn new skills within the engineering / construction testing industry.
Working as the Trainee Technician you will be a highly motivated and committed individual to provide technical and physical support to a small growing project team within the business. The role, which will predominantly be site-based, involves undertaking projects such as structural load testing to British Standard or bespoke requirements, environmental monitoring, and potentially bespoke structural monitoring installations and maintenance, nationwide. You will be joining a small dynamic and multi-disciplinary team.
As the Trainee Technician, the role will include a dynamic mixture of mainly daily on-site work (travelling nationwide), and also a small percentage of work at their testing facilities in Ellesmere Port. You will be working closely with a more experienced staff member while basic training is undertaken and shall provide assistance to undertake any works delegated.
