Base Location: Flexible Scotland | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots around Scotland, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness.
Salary: £47,600 - £71,600 + car / car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
We are looking for a Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Assurance Specialist (Management System Lead) to join our SSEN Transmission SHW team. In this critical role, you will ensure the robustness and compliance of our SHW Management System, aligning it with SSE standards, ISO certifications, and legal requirements.
The role also involves developing, maintaining, and implementing a certifiable SHW Management System, supporting the business in mitigating SHW risks, and driving improvements through a structured assurance and audit programme.
