IT Business Analyst - Service Management & BAU Transition

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Initial)

Daily Rate: £550 p/d Inside IR35

Location: Remote | Global Team

Our client, a global leader in supply chain solutions specialising in asset management and logistics, is seeking an IT Business Analyst with Service Management and BAU transition experience. This role is ideal for a BA with strong requirements gathering & UAT testing expertise, supporting the implementation of Service Management processes and transitioning tools from Project to BAU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering for Service Management & BAU transition
• Define functional & non-functional requirements for new processes
• Support UAT testing - including script creation, execution & tracking
• Facilitate the transition of IT tools from Project to BAU
• Work closely with global IT & business teams to ensure a smooth transition
• Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations
• Gathering requirements to implement service management with ServiceNow
• Stakeholder management (IT and business)

Tech Stack:

ServiceNow | SAP | Salesforce | JIRA | Confluence

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Service Management & BAU transition
• Strong background in requirements gathering (functional and non-functional) and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Hands-on experience with UAT testing and regression testing
• Understanding of IT service processes and how they transition into BAU
• Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or Plant Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across IT & business teams

Nice-to-Haves:

Spanish language skills (not essential but a plus!)
