Customer Service Coordinator

As the company continues to grow, we are looking for someone to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator, to further enhance our customers' experience. We would like to bring someone on board who will be influential in the future growth of the business, who will possess the same level of ambition, drive, and determination to succeed.

The successful candidate will be hard-working, have a good eye for detail, and will also demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Excellent communication skills are a must, both verbally and electronically, as well as the ability to be proactive, to use your own initiative, and to work well in a team environment.

Duties will include:

  1. Providing excellent customer service to customers
  2. Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback
  3. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  4. Identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions
  5. Maintaining customer records in the customer service database
  6. Assisting in developing customer service policies, processes, and procedures
  7. Staying up to date on product and service knowledge
  8. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  9. Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  10. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all customers. The Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing customer feedback to management. The Coordinator will also manage customer databases, provide customer service training, and assist with the implementation of customer service programs. This role will require excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
