Are you a Sales Manager or similar with experience training in a sales environment, looking to join a successful business with an international reach and a billion-pound turnover? This role offers clear routes to progress and the opportunity to boost your earnings.

In this role, you will directly impact a successfully growing group of franchises, currently over 300 in the UK. You will focus on 10 franchises at a time, monitoring profit and loss, KPIs, and offering sales training and support. You will be responsible for building business relationships with franchisees, with your commission directly based on the success of each franchise.

The Role

1. Monitoring the sales / KPIs of franchises
2. Building relationships with franchisees
3. Commission based on the success of each franchise
4. Remote with frequent travel
5. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
