IMPORTANT: Please note there will be no relocation budget for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Optimize the Online Shopper Journey: Develop a deep understanding of our digital customer experience, identifying key touchpoints and moments of truth to enhance engagement.
  • Drive Digital Merchandising Strategy: Lead digital merchandising efforts across Western Europe, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
  • Support the Product Novelty Process: Contribute to the product content localisation process to ensure assets are available, optimized, and aligned with eCommerce guidelines to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • Oversee Online Brand Stores: Lead digital merchandising for the online brand stores of the LEGO Group.
  • Develop & Deploy On-Brand Assets: Work in an agile, fast-paced environment to create and tailor high-quality assets for multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Strengthen the partnership between the Western Europe eCommerce Competency Centre and our internal agency.
  • Enhance Content Strategy: Provide expert insights to the global content production process, driving the development of high-performing assets that boost conversion, increase brand engagement, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Enable data-driven strategies by monitoring performance against conversion key input metrics.
  • Shape Future eCommerce Content: Partner with cross-functional and global teams to create innovative, eCommerce-ready content.
  • Testing & Innovation: Conduct test-and-learn initiatives to continuously refine performance.

The B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for driving all digital and eCommerce-related initiatives across the Western Europe region. Within this, the Digital Merchandising team plays a key role in driving eCommerce growth by using shopper-led, data-driven insights and a test-and-learn approach to keep the LEGO Group at the forefront of digital commerce.

Our future growth relies on strengthening our eCommerce and omnichannel strategy through seamless execution with our B2B customers. The mission of the eCommerce CoE is to develop and implement a cohesive digital shopper strategy, using the strengths of the LEGO brand and our world-class Operating Model. This team drives innovation in digital commerce, inspiring the broader regional commercial organization to enhance shopper engagement and eCommerce performance.

Do you have what it takes:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or E-Merchandiser, with a strong focus on driving conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Deep expertise in CRO.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Advanced ability to analyze customer behavior and sales data to inform creative and merchandising strategies.
  • Knowledge of different content tech tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
