Hospitality Head Chef - Corporate Dining

• Location: Walking distance from Bank Tube Station, London
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the Role:

• Oversee all aspects of hospitality catering, from planning to execution, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
• Manage and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop innovative menus tailored to a variety of events, from high-profile meetings to elegant receptions.
• Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency to meet financial targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, ideally within a hospitality or event catering environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on team development.

• Excellent understanding of food trends, dietary requirements, and presentation techniques.
