Salary: £13,827 - £26,217 per year

Hours: 37 hours per week
As part of the leisure team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of front-line services to the public, ensuring the safety and behaviour of the public is controlled and providing trained assistance in the form of lifesaving skills when necessary. You will also set up and dismantle equipment and carry out general cleaning duties.
You must have a current RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent and have previous experience within the leisure industry, either in the public or private sector. You should have good communication skills, knowledge of customer care issues, and be able to work in a team environment. The ability to work shifts and irregular hours, including weekends, is required.
