We're partnering with a leading global private markets manager to support their Private Credit Operations team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation that invests across the sub-investment grade credit markets, working closely with front-office investment teams and operations functions across Europe and North America.

This role will see you:

1. Manage investment settlement and cash liquidity oversight
2. Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of cash and positions
3. Maintain Wall Street Office (WSO) records for amendments, corporate actions, and trade activity
4. Conduct investment-level analysis
5. Collaborate with Treasury teams on subscription lines and borrowing bases for leverage facilities
6. Support fund accounting teams in closing monthly and quarterly NAVs
7. Provide daily interaction and support to investment teams
8. Perform portfolio compliance analysis on a daily and monthly basis
9. Assist in the onboarding of new funds
10. Contribute to the firm’s change agenda and operational improvements

They're looking for someone with:

1. 5-7+ years' experience in Loans Admin, Loans Agency, or Loan Closing or a similar role
2. A strong understanding of the trade life cycle from front to back
3. Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
4. The ability to analyse complex issues and recommend appropriate solutions
5. A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
6. Experience with WSO and Markit products (desirable but not essential)
7. Proficiency in Excel
