Job description

Our client, a specialist consultancy providing regulatory support to financial professionals, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This role requires a motivated individual with a passion for both sales and marketing, capable of driving lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

  1. Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  3. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings to convert leads into clients.
  4. Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
  5. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.

Marketing Activities:

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  2. Create engaging content, such as blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, to promote the company’s services.
  3. Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved effectiveness.
  4. Manage and enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
  5. Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  1. Work closely with senior management to develop growth strategies and marketing initiatives.
  2. Coordinate with external vendors and partners on advertising and promotional activities.
  3. Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

Key Skills & Experience:

  1. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
  2. Proven sales experience (preferred).
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  4. Prior experience writing for financial or legal sectors is highly desirable.
  5. Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  6. Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines.
