The UK Funnel Teams optimise iwoca’s lending products and the customer journey. The teams include analysts, developers, and data scientists working together to design, build, and test innovative solutions. The teams use data-driven insights to identify the most effective ways to serve our customers, while maximising the mutual value in iwoca’s relationships with small and medium sized enterprises.
The Product Strategy Analyst role combines strategic and analytical thinking. The successful candidate will conceive, manage, and deliver projects that use the scientific method to identify product changes that motivate customers. The role requires interpersonal skills to pitch plans to senior leadership, with business and technical acumen to engage the development teams that will bring ideas to life. We expect to pay from £60,000 - £80,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
