Job Summary

Home Solutions is a National Plumbing and Heating company dedicated to providing high-quality services to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

Location: Work from home (Training required at CR6 9AT, Warlingham)

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Commission-based role: Earn £4 per booking

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Proactively call potential customers to book appointments for our services
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, answering questions about our plumbing and heating solutions
• Accurately input booking details and ensure smooth scheduling for engineers
• Handle follow-ups with customers to confirm bookings and answer any additional queries
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales conversions

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and persuasive phone manner with a sales-driven approach
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call centre role is essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, including calls, responding to emails, and managing live chat enquiries
• Comfortable working with online booking and CRM systems (full training provided)
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for working from home
