Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Requests: Handle business inquiries related to donations, grants, sponsorships, travel, meals, gifts, and entertainment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and anti-corruption laws.
- Triage Escalations: Collaborate with the Compliance Centre of Excellence to address third-party due diligence and other review procedures, identifying and managing potential red-flags.
- Project Management: Lead cross-vertical anti-corruption approvals for global initiatives, including emergency events and scaled programmes.
- Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on approval requests and recommend operational improvements.
- Stakeholder Representation: Act as the voice of the Regional Ethics and Compliance teams in cross-functional meetings, supporting tooling improvements and workflow development.
- Playbook Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain Reviewer & Approvals Playbooks, enhancing reporting metrics related to anti-corruption reviews.
- Collaboration: Work with regional teams to analyse and recommend necessary anti-corruption approvals as part of new product compliance initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Sufficient years in ethics and compliance, risk mitigation, or internal audit within a multinational company.
- Prioritisation Skills: Ability to effectively prioritise in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building capabilities with a flexible, team-oriented approach.
- Attention to Detail: High professional ethics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in technology, media, advertising, or telecommunications is advantageous.
- Proven knowledge of core business processes within these industries is a plus.
