Financial Crime Manager – Salary circa £47,000
Join our 1st line Financial Crime, Policy and Oversight team as a Financial Crime Manager! If you have experience conducting risk assessments and a passion for Financial Crime, we would love to hear from you!
A bit about the job:
You will be reviewing and updating policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments (RCSAs) as well as Group Risk Assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies and providing risk oversight and reporting to senior management including providing input into the Financial Crime Committee.
You will also be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of risk management frameworks, policies and procedures to identify, assess, monitor and report on risks across the organization, may have a more specialised focus within risk governance such as operational risk, credit risk or market risk.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls, participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management, conduct training and awareness programs on risk management and control best practices and participate in risk-related projects and initiatives.
Support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives.
