We are delighted to announce a dynamic and influential management role within our Southend City Management Team: Quality Improvement Education Manager.
South Essex Colleges Group – Southend City is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person with attention to detail and quality improvement experience within the FE sector. This is a Full Time role, working with the College Principal and Deputy College Principal to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing the highest teaching, learning, and assessment standards by supporting Schools with the delivery of quality improvement strategies to contribute to improved student success.
This will involve a variety of strategies including but not limited to: Teaching, Learning and Assessment Reviews, IQA, verification and ensuring full compliance with all awarding body criteria. You will monitor performance and identify opportunities for securing outstanding outcomes for all learners.
The Quality Improvement & Education Manager will work closely with College management teams and lead on developing and delivering initiatives designed to drive improvements in learner outcomes. In addition, this role will focus on leading the 16-19 Study Programmes, Adult (including HE), and Apprentices.
You will work closely with the College Principals, Executive Director Quality & Performance, Deputy Exec Director Teaching & Learning, and Executive Director of Curriculum.
