Job Description:

Job Family Group Description - Finance: Gathers jobs supporting the business through financial services, such as business planning and performance analysis, risk management, tax, and administration. Job Family Description - Business Analysis and Controlling: Ensures the development and implementation of financial controlling standards and processes. Supports our business by performing financial analysis. Participates in closing budgets and accounts procedures. Sub-Job Family Description - Controlling: Conducts consistent financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities to ensure consolidated reporting and support our management in business decision-making.

Retail & E-commerce P&L

• Participate in monthly review of all store P&L’s by region, investigating any variances with regional controllers and retail managers.
• Provide strong support to all relevant functions to control the cost, optimize store Opex and ensure all costs are managed within budgets.
• Support the Financial controller in all budgeting, forecasting and strategic plan tasks, focusing on sales, store P&L, store network evolution and CAPEX.
• Create and maintain reports & analysis to support business objectives.
• Prepare analysis of retail KPI’s.
• Support in business partnering with the E-commerce team.

Capex

• Work closely with Store planning to ensure all estimates are received timely and are accurate and in line with budgets.
• Monthly review of all Store CAPEX, investigating any variance with Regional controllers and Store Planning team.

Store Database

• Updating any events through Store DB actual, budget and forecast.
• Support in updating a store database report containing information on lease in financial performance of all stores.

Other

• Perform ad hoc retail reports and analysis.
• Support in preparation of reports requested by Kering related to the retail scope.
• Reporting improvement/automation (using Power BI for instance).
