Nursery Nurse

We have a school that is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children's early development in a nurturing and stimulating environment. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as a Nursery Nurse:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children
• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development
• Ensure a safe, secure, and inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and well-being

Ideal Nursery Nurse:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
• A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Good communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Nurse
• Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures
• Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable but not essential
