Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our client, a well-established and busy clinic in beautiful Perthshire, Scotland. Working Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Clinic Physiotherapy Director to develop and lead new services.
- Deliver high standards of patient care, demonstrating professionalism and effective time management.
- Work autonomously, treating a variety of conditions as the first Health Professional contact for patients.
- Refer to other Health and Medical Professionals as necessary within your scope of practice.
- Attend and contribute to regular in-house CPD training programmes and have access to financial funding for external courses.
- Set and review professional objectives annually with your line manager, with quarterly meetings to discuss progress.
- Occasionally provide pitch-side first aid and work at outdoor sporting events such as trail runs or half marathons (full training provided).
- Participate in the home visit service, requiring a full UK driving licence. Access to a company car or travel expenses covered if using your own vehicle.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, predominantly in MSK outpatients or private practice.
- Chartered HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Strong manual skills, warm and welcoming manner, professional attitude, and appearance.
- Commitment to clinical standards, evidence-based treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, timekeeping, and punctuality.
- Understanding of strength & conditioning and rehabilitation protocols.
Desirable Skills:
- Pilates and Sports Massage.
- Leadership and management experience.
