Your Role:

Provide hands-on clinical care and support to residents. Keep care plans updated to reflect individual needs. Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver top-quality care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy. Work alongside the Nurse Manager and other professionals to ensure outstanding care.
