Position Overview:

The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to lead and execute retained CFO and finance leadership searches across its Private Equity portfolio. This role is ideal for a high-performing search consultant with deep expertise in C-suite finance roles and a passion for working with top-tier Private Equity clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering on high-impact mandates while enjoying autonomy in your approach, contributing to the firm's ongoing growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Search Execution: Lead all stages of retained CFO and Finance Leadership searches, from initial brief and document creation through to candidate qualification and shortlisting.
• Client and Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates; manage client expectations throughout the search process and provide consultative insights.
• Candidate Evaluation and Qualification: Conduct in-depth assessments of potential CFO candidates, focusing on the skills and leadership qualities critical for success in PE-backed environments.
• Portfolio Impact: Directly support top PE funds in achieving their financial leadership goals, adding value to portfolios by identifying and placing transformative CFO talent.
• Autonomous Contribution: Take a lead role in all aspects of the delivery process within a highly autonomous, performance-focused environment, with opportunities for further progression and growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in Retained Executive Search: Demonstrated experience executing retained search mandates, ideally within finance, with a proven track record of success in C-suite or finance leadership roles.
• Private Equity Exposure: Strong understanding of the Private Equity sector and the unique challenges and opportunities within PE-backed CFO roles.
• Exceptional Communication and Relationship Management Skills: Adept at managing stakeholder expectations, providing insights, and handling client interactions with professionalism and expertise.
• Drive and Independence: Ability to manage searches independently and thrive in an autonomous environment, contributing proactively to the team’s success and the firm’s mission.
• Network and Industry Knowledge: Established network of finance leaders and familiarity with the European Private Equity landscape are a strong plus.
