Change Management Consultant

Skillsearch is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our client's inclusive and collaborative team on a 12-month IR35 contract. This contract role has extension potential and comes with an attractive daily rate.

As a Change Management Consultant, you will manage the change, communications and training for SuccessFactors, SAP projects and service delivery.

If you were already in this change management role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

1. Creating all the communication and change materials and communicating those with stakeholders.
2. Managing training programmes but not necessarily delivering training.

1. English is a must, French is a big plus, and Spanish is a plus.
2. Experience managing training programmes.
3. HR process knowledge is highly desirable.
