Location: Abercynon, Wales
Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or 3 long days

What you will do:

  • Operate CT Scanning Equipment: Skillfully use GE Revolution scanners to perform CT scans, ensuring the production of high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Patient Care and Safety: Deliver compassionate and patient-centred care, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety for all patients.
  • Radiation Safety: Implement stringent radiation protection protocols in compliance with IR(ME)R standards to safeguard patients and colleagues.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work in harmony with a multidisciplinary team, facilitating effective communication and seamless care delivery.
  • Professional Development: Keep abreast of the latest technologies and imaging techniques, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage referrals, prioritize tasks, and ensure a streamlined workflow for enhanced service delivery.


Requirements:

  • - Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
  • - Registration: Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • - Experience: Extensive experience in CT scanning, with expertise in GE Revolution scanners preferred.
