Electrical Supervisor

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a temporary basis (6 Months minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of electricians carrying out void and planned maintenance works

• Ensure all electrical works are completed to high standards and in compliance with regulations

• Oversee day-to-day operations, providing technical support and guidance where required

• Conduct site inspections, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to works carried out

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Experience supervising electricians and overseeing void and planned works

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations

Desirable Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification

• Experience within social housing or similar environments
