Would you like to work in spacious, contemporary hotel close to World Heritage Sites; Tower Bridge and The Tower of London? The Tower Hotel is a 4 star deluxe Hotel overlooking the Thames, next to Tower Bridge. The hotel's 801 bedrooms, restaurants, bars and 19 meeting rooms benefit from stunning views over Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks
This role is the main engine of the kitchen! You will be preparing and presenting dishes, you may be in charge of a specific kitchen section, and will be looking after and working closely with the kitchen commis chefs. You may specialise in a certain area - for example breakfast, or dinner service and will also ensure that health & safety rules are followed - particularly with allergens and safe food storage and preparation. You will be a real team player and be able to manage a busy shift with lots of priorities!
