Job Type: Full-Time | Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our growing team. If you have experience with welding and a strong attention to detail, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents. As a welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality work on a variety of metal components, contributing to the assembly of cutting-edge machinery.

Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM – 1:45 PM
Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotating weekly)

Welder Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform welder duties using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
2. Accurately read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete welder tasks.
3. Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards.
4. Conduct basic maintenance of welding equipment to ensure functionality for welder operations.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure production goals are met, and perform welder responsibilities safely and efficiently.
6. Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment while performing welder tasks.

Welder Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a welder, with knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
2. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
3. High level of precision and attention to detail in welder work.
4. Physical stamina to work with heavy equipment and in various positions during welder duties.
5. Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
