Sales Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
• Processing sales orders and queries, for both UK and European Distributors - Invoicing goods and arranging shipments
• Administration, including organising folders, files and updating the database
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives follow up to ensure resolution is achieved
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Working closely with, supporting and assisting the sales, marketing, production and warehouse departments ensuring information is organised, distributed and input to our system in an appropriate manner
Sales Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
• More than 1 year of corporate experience in an office
• Sales Coordination or Sales Administration experience is advantageous
• Business level of fluency in English
• Highly literate in computers, preferably have knowledge of Microsoft applications, XL and CRM systems
•Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
