Technical Specifications Reviewer (Home Based)

Fully Remote – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

£35000 to £38000 plus benefits

I’m actively looking for several people with Food Industry Specification experience to join my client’s team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Job Description:

Detail-oriented Technical Reviewer to support specification, packaging, and artwork compliance.

The role involves reviewing specifications, artwork, formulations, and regulatory adaptations, ensuring all materials meet relevant codes of practice, policies, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spec/pack copy and artwork reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assess formulations and apply regulatory adaptations as needed.
• Maintain in-depth technical knowledge in the relevant field.
• Use specification and artwork systems effectively.
• Provide clear explanations and justifications for product information decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical or related role.
• Must have practical experience using specification or artwork systems.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in applying and explaining technical requirements to clients.
