The Role:

We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join our esteemed client's high-performing dealership, representing a range of exciting and desirable brands.

What makes this role even better? It's a 5-day working week.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car sales, excellent organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

  1. Welcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt.
  2. Identify and understand customers' preferences to suggest suitable vehicles.
  3. Provide comprehensive details about vehicle features (new & used), options, and warranties.
  4. Accompany potential buyers on test drives.
  5. Discuss and agree on pricing, sale terms, and financing options with customers.
  6. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
  7. Must hold a valid UK driver's licence.

The Package:

  1. Salary: £16,500 basic salary with an OTE of £55,000.
  2. Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm; Saturdays: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; 1 in 2 Sundays (with an extra day off that week, ensuring a 5-day working week).
  3. Benefits: Company car, excellent pay structure, 5-day working week, and a stable management team.
