Pilgrim's Europe - Oakhouse Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Exeter branch. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to oversee all branch operations, drive profitability, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Job Title: Branch Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Role Description:

As a Branch Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of telesales, drivers, and warehouse operatives, all working together to provide exceptional service to our customers. Through inspirational leadership, you will achieve results, meet key performance indicators, and ensure the safety and compliance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve branch sales plan
• Ensure excellent customer experience for all Oakhouse customers.
• Run the branch in a profitable manner, making strategic decisions to enhance overall profitability.
• Oversee local hiring, manage and motivate a team of telesales and drivers.
• Organize and target the team to complete daily activities efficiently (picking, telesales, deliveries).
• Plan rounds to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective.
• Perform daily reconciliation of incoming customer monies.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in the direct consumer industry is advantageous.
• Good understanding of P&L and driving profitability.
