Job description

This vacancy is for an Apprentice Office Administrator based in Blackburn.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the business with general administrative duties as well as other ad–hoc duties defined by management.

We are looking for a trainee to join our team who will learn on the job and gain numerous skills within a variety of areas. The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, enjoy being organized, and take pride in their work. As a first point of contact within the business, the candidate must be confident when speaking to members of the public either in store, over the phone, or via email.

  • Warranty and returns
  • General Administration

Experience:
You must have experience in working with both Microsoft Word & Excel or Google equivalent packages.

Training & Qualifications:
Enrolment on the Level 3 Business Administration course to become a qualified business administrator.

Qualifications required:
Actual or predicted GCSE in English language & Maths must be grade 5 or above.

Training to be provided

BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF. Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English can be obtained on the course if you don't already hold these qualifications.
