Location: The Street, Brundall, Norwich, NR13 5JT

Pay: £12.30 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (from 5.00am until 11.00pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery.

Full, paid training provided.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.

What you'll do

1. Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
2. Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
4. Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
5. Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
