Job Title: Fire Door Joiner

Location: Scunthorpe (Workshop & Client Sites – Local & Away)

Salary: £13 - £18 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to expand their team with two Fire Door Joiners—one experienced and one trainee.

Our client is open to candidates from all backgrounds who are driven, passionate, and possess transferrable skills, even if they don't have direct joinery experience. If you're eager to learn and committed to quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing

1. Manufacturing and installing fire doors to the highest safety standards
2. Working in a mix of environments, including industrial, healthcare, and education settings
3. Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations
4. Learning from experienced professionals (for trainees) and mentoring others (for qualified joiners)
5. Reading and interpreting technical drawings

5. For experienced candidates: Prior fire door/joinery experience is preferred
