The position requires a positive, initiative-driven member with solid SAP SD/MM skills, basic knowledge of the PP module, strong work ethic, and integrity. This role will be integral to “Magna IT” in implementing and providing adequate support.

Your Responsibilities

1. Provide day-to-day SAP user support by using the service ticket system.
2. Familiarize with Magna practices.
3. Track time and document according to Magna Global IT standards.
4. Understand processes/functionalities for different groups/divisions/plants of Magna APAC.
5. Collaborate with the template team of EU, SAP AMS EU/NA for global support.
6. Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, and support roll-out projects.
7. Assist in coordinating and collaborating with external consultants (customers & suppliers) as well as internal team members.
8. Identify feasible solutions within the SAP framework and estimate effort needed to meet business requirements.
9. Design practical, creative, conceptual technical solutions for business requirements balancing appropriate technology, cost, and implementation timeline.
10. Contribute positively to a high morale/high-performance team culture, demonstrating a consulting attitude and strong personal integrity.
11. Create a positive work environment by sharing functional/technical knowledge.
12. Ensure timely billing of projects and changes.
13. Work closely with other solution teams (MES/B2B) for system integration projects.

Who we are looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
2. More than 3 years of SAP MM/SD experience, with basic PP knowledge.
3. Must be able to communicate in English.
4. Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Experience of at least two SAP full cycle projects as an MM/SD consultant.
6. MM module experience with supplier systems such as B2B platform/SRM/Ariba or E-Catalog using EDI.
7. SD module experience with Indian localization such as GST, ODN, E-Invoice solutions as SAP standard.
8. Experience with SAP JIT/JIS solutions for the auto industry is a plus.
9. Experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred.

Your preferred qualifications

1. Excellent performance and organizational skills.
2. Able to collaborate with users and have a strong desire to host workshops.
3. Basic knowledge of the PP module and understanding of the integration process.
4. Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred.
5. Skilled in SAP ABAP is a plus.
