Customer Engagement Officer - Immediate Start

Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay rate: £12ph (Temporary to Permanent)

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with a well-established training services provider based in Liverpool Aintree. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Customer Engagement Officer to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  2. Covering reception when needed.
  3. Making outbound calls to engage with prospective students and applicants.
  4. Maintaining and organizing internal databases with up-to-date candidate information.
  5. Assisting classroom tutors with administrative tasks, including paperwork and data entry.
  6. Adapting to a dynamic work environment and managing priorities effectively.
  7. Communicating updates and information clearly to team members.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Recruitment experience or resourcing background is highly desirable.
  2. Telephony experience, with confidence in making outbound calls.
  3. Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  6. Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and databases.
