Process Engineer

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Salary: GBP38,000 per annum

About the Company:

We are a leading FMCG company in Aldershot, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to consumers. We are currently looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and help optimize our production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Role Overview:

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining production processes, identifying areas for optimization, and ensuring that all processes meet the required quality and safety standards. You will work closely with the production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance the overall efficiency of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot process issues, working closely with production teams to resolve them quickly.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and process innovations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with production systems and troubleshooting equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
