Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm

The Role
We are recruiting for a Senior Graphic Designer to join a dynamic in-house team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design of print and digital collateral, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s visual identity and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Production:
  • Create high-impact presentations, brochures, infographics, and large-format designs for pitches and client projects.
  • Develop branding assets, including signage, icons, and digital visuals.
  • Support marketing campaigns with compelling graphics for web, email, and print.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Guide creative direction and maintain design consistency across all outputs.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and fostering skill development.
  • Deputize for the Head of Design, overseeing projects and team workflow when required.
• Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate with external printers and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 4+ years in graphic design, with expertise in both print and digital media.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Motion graphics or web design skills are a bonus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions.
