Your Mission
Familiar with brand philosophy and spirit, able to convey brand stories, always proactively interact with customers to create a passionate and diverse brand experience.
Knowledgeable about product information and applications, actively explore and listen to customer sports needs, and provide professional solutions for different sports requirements.
Adjust product displays according to display standards, including daily restocking and seasonal adjustments.
Operate product management according to operational standards, including receiving/returning inventory, stocktaking, loss prevention, cash register management, checkout/account verification, return and exchange register system operations, opening/closing procedures, and daily reviews.
Proactively and effectively cooperate with the store manager or shift leader to complete daily work plans and ensure smooth handover of tasks.
Establish long-term connections with customers by actively sharing brand community activities and after-sales service policies.
Support the preparation and reception of On community activities, assisting in the smooth execution of events and enhancing in-store experiences.
Propose ideas and optimization suggestions for work, actively participate in store meetings to share feedback, and collaboratively achieve store action plan goals with the store manager and team.
Based on store projects, lead relevant parts of product training/community/display/online content.
Take responsibility for personal growth and development, actively think and collaborate with the store manager to create a personal development action plan.
Your story
You are a sports enthusiast with a certain level of athletic background and a passion for exploring sports.
You are positive, energetic, eager to explore the unknown, and proactive in learning.
You possess good verbal communication skills and proactive communication abilities, enjoy listening, and actively provide help and suggestions to others, committed to delivering a WOW shopping experience for customers.
You are open to receiving and giving feedback as you recognize it as the cornerstone and motivation for personal growth.
You have a curiosity about consumers and the retail industry and are willing to explore.
You are open to flexible retail work hours, including weekends and holidays, with a comprehensive working hour system (five days on, two days off), able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, and possess strong stress resilience.
You are proactive and have a team spirit, with relevant retail work experience being a plus.
Candidates with experience in leading running groups, display knowledge, and training skills will be given priority.
Basic English communication skills for customer interaction will be preferred.
