About the Role

Pink Spaghetti PA Services is a dynamic and growing business specialising in helping small business owners with a variety of tasks. We provide tailored, relationship-driven support in areas such as email and diary management, administration, research, data entry, and much more. Our clients trust us to be proactive, efficient, and professional, while bringing a personal touch to everything we do.

We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administration Assistant to join our small, friendly team. This role is remote but will involve occasional local client meetings and networking. Currently 12 hours per week spread over 3 days, the position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.

Main Duties

  • Email & Diary Management: Organise and prioritise inboxes, professionally respond on behalf of clients, coordinate appointments, and ensure schedules run smoothly.
  • Document & Presentation Editing: Create, format, and edit PowerPoint presentations, documents, and reports to a professional standard.
  • Research & Data Entry: Conduct research to support clients and input data accurately and efficiently.
  • Bookkeeping Support: Assist with minor bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses, filing receipts, and chasing invoices.
  • Client Support: Handle communications with clients and their customers with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Process Documentation: Develop clear, concise process documentation to help streamline workflows.
  • Proactive Support: Quickly adapt to different tasks, anticipate client needs, and independently resolve issues where possible.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Be customer-service focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Possess excellent organisation and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Be confident using technology, including tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRMs.
  • Have experience editing PowerPoint presentations and creating polished documents.
  • Be comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a small, supportive team.
  • Be confident in occasional face-to-face client meetings and networking.
