Sea Import Coordinator

Location: Bradford, UK

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (Depending on experience)

Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:30)

As a Sea Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

1. Liaising with clients, agents, and shipping lines to organise quotations and arrange transport from origin to destination.
2. Managing all aspects of import processes including delivery coordination, import documentation, and customs clearance.
3. Overseeing costing and billing on shipment files.

Key Requirements:

1. 4+ years' experience in a similar role within the UK freight forwarding industry.
2. Proven experience in quoting clients and sourcing rates from co-loaders, agents, and shipping lines.
3. Experience using the Cargowise system is highly favoured.
