The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join a thriving team. Working directly with the Managing Director and a skilled team of lawyers and support staff, you will handle a mix of existing and new clients, offering expert, commercially focused legal advice. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the firm's outstanding reputation for service.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients and referrers, earning their trust and confidence.
• Provide clear, practical advice to individuals facing employment law challenges, ensuring the best possible legal outcome.
• Support businesses- from start-ups to established SMEs- by solving day-to-day employment and HR issues, keeping them compliant and well-prepared.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and maintain top-tier service levels.
• Contribute to business growth by helping to attract new clients and opportunities.

• 2+ years PQE as an Employment Solicitor
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law
• Excellent communication skills- confident, articulate, and approachable
