Your Responsibilities:

1. Set high standards and raise expectations for all students.
2. Serve as a positive role model for teaching standards.
3. Develop an engaging and challenging curriculum for all students.
4. Effectively use data to track and improve student progress.
5. Promote the academy’s core values and ensure the delivery of high-quality education.
6. Ensure all lessons meet high-quality standards.
7. Provide courses and schemes of work aligned with academy goals.
8. Oversee regular and accurate student assessments.
9. Lead pupil progress analysis and implement interventions.
10. Team Management.
11. Manage the department budget per financial procedures.
12. Convene, chair, and document department meetings.
13. Ensure the production of high-quality reports.
